novelinspirations.com was privileged to interview Molly. Here are some insights to this writer and her journey:

LJW: How did you discover your calling to be a published writer?

MNB: I am a dyslexic, and in elementary school, I could barely spell cat. Yet two fourth grade teachers insisted that I was imaginative, creative and had a talent for writing. I believed them because at that time I didn't know adults could lie. My calling to become a writer continued in high school when one of my high school English teachers told me more or less the same thing the fourth grade teachers did.

LJW: What is the Scripture verse that most inspires you, and why?

MNB: As a dyslexic, I had all the problems in school that children with learning problems always have, including a poor self image. Later after I became a Christian, one scripture got me through it all. It was: I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. (Philippians 4:13)

You can read more about my problems with dyslexia in an upcoming non-fiction book under contract that I am writing with four other published authors titled The Overcomers: Christian Authors Who Conquered Dyslexia.

LJW: Do you have any advice for writers are just starting their journey?

MNB: My advice to unpublished Christian writers is to let the Lord become a partner in your writing career. Let Him direct your steps. If you ask Him to do that, He will.
